As a Microsoft certified partner we carry a number of Microsoft Gold competencies. Our Microsoft Windows Azure Pack Cloud hosting platform provides resilient and reliable utility-based computing services that have been developed with our clients’ explicit needs for reliability and security in mind.
A dedicated service desk functions as ECOTECH central services center. It is also our single point of contact center (SPoC). From here we provide the full managed-services package, remote management and monitoring services to all our clients. We offer ad hoc, as well as permanent on-site based technicians and SLA support.
